It Ends With Us by Colleen Hoover
I'm still thinking about Lily. A few parts I didn't love but an overall powerful read. I haven't read a book like this one. I loved the flashback letters to Ellen. I found it hard to relate to Lily at times and loved her other times. Some amazing insights in the book too. The Epilogue and Authors note were so important too. My advise is to read very little going into the book so the plot isn't spoiled. Hard to be so vague but I can't do the book justice and not give anything away. Highly recommended! The audio book narrator was fantastic too for fans of listening to books.
5 Stars.
**Bonus a friend at work already read this and loved my recommendation. Yay for fellow book readers!**

I Liked My Life
I Liked My Life by Abby Fabiaschi
I loved the journey that this book took me on. The three perspectives that were used to tell this book were all so unique and helped the characters develop at such a deep level. Madeline's perspective after her death was thoughtfully done and executed flawlessly. The journal entries and conversations with supporting characters were powerful and the book wouldn't have been the same without them. I highly recommend this book. I'll be thinking about this one for awhile.

The Nearness of You
The Nearness of You by Amanda Eyre Ward
I received an ARC of this book from LibraryThing and am so thankful to have read it and will be recommending it to friends. This book took a new approach to surrogacy. I liked the various perspectives the story was told from. Each detail was thought out well by the author. Suzette's job as a heart surgeon was important to her character development, Hyland's childhood was influential, the voice of Dorrie was written to reflect her well, etc. Everything the author wrote had a purpose and made the overall book so effective. The characters will stick with me. It is a shorter book that most that I read, but I think the author got the perfect amount of details and content.
